The RB-DV series consists of rotary blowers with three-blade profiles, for applications where high negative pressure is required. This is possible thanks to the patented air cooling of the bare shaft blower with atmospheric air, which reduces the compressed air / gas temperature and power consumption in relation to water-cooled devices. Selected technical parameters: • Working vacuum up to 100 mbar (a) • Capacity up to 10 500 m³/h

The RB-DV series of vacuum blowers with additional cooling by a patented atmospheric air injection system. This allows the blower to reach negative pressure (up to 93% with closed discharge) without the need for water injection or a heat exchanger.

The main features of this type of blower are:

Available as a compact ROBOX DV or a TRB-DV mobile units.

Robox Lobe DV is an integrated set designed to work in negative pressure conditions. It can reach up to 100 mbar (abs) and provide a flow of up to 10 500 m3/h. The Robox Lobe DV is based on the RB-DV air-cooled vacuum blower, powered by an electric motor through a belt drive. The set includes all accessories and the sound-absorbing casing. For users all over the world, the Robox Lobe Set stands for reliability, extreme durability and compactness to better meet the most varied requirements of a production facility.

The TRB-DV mobile units are delivered in fully assembled compact sets with a sound-absorbing casing designed for vacuum conveying systems for wet or dry waste in trucks. TRB-DV can be installed with a tolerance of up to 5˚. The power take-off can be connected with a hydraulic motor or a belt transmission.
