LRVS - CRVS - Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Sets

The CRVS and LRVS sets are complete compact vacuum systems, equipped with RVS series pumps coupled to the electric motor through a flexible coupling (C) or belt transmission (L). Selected technical parameters: • Vacuum up to 33 mbar (a) • Pressure up to 2000 mbar (g) • Capacity up to 4200 m³/ h

In LRVS sets, the drive is transmitted via a belt transmission. A special, patented solution in the form of a swinging motor shelf reduces the loads on the pump and motor bearings and maintains constant tension of the belts.

The use of different sizes of motors does not change the overall dimensions of the set. The use of a belt drive increases the flexibility of regulating the capacity of the vacuum pump, allowing it to be adapted exactly to the requirements, which prevents energy losses.

In CRVS sets, the drive is transferred from the motor by means of a flexible coupling.
