Neutralization of odors emitted from open tanks of sewage treatment plants or industrial plants requires, in the first place, plant enclosure, commonly known as air-tight sealing. The best way to close the odor-emitting space is to cover new or existing tanks with lightweight laminated elements. This will then allow for controlled air flows to the atmosphere through the filtration system - deodorization using technological processes.

Description

Tank covers limiting the emission of odors and their proper neutralization mean that the tanks can be located at relatively short distance from residential areas, without causing any inconvenience to local residents. Covering the tanks also protects the staff and residents against the spread of microbial aerosols that are carried from the space above the tank by the wind. Due to the tight closure, in winter conditions, the liquid inside the tank does not cool down, which is particularly important in the process of wastewater treatment.

Basically, tank covers are made of elements prefabricated in the factory and assembled on the construction site. The elements are supported and fastened to the rim of the tank and connected with each other with bolts. The elements are equipped with hatches that provide access to the elements of the tank equipment in the places required by the user.

Tank covers are made of high-quality polyester-glass laminate, resistant to chemical compounds, weather conditions and fire, thus ensuring safety and aesthetics for many years of operation. The colors of the cover elements can be tailored to the user's wishes. Each project is undertaken in cooperation with the customer, and the cover design, produced by us before production, is always agreed with the customer.
