SCRUWENT System

The offered SCRUWENT scrubbers are a proven and extremely effective way to purify the air by the absorption method. The operation of these types o plant consists in supplying polluted air to the chamber containing water with the addition of a suitable chemical agent (acid or alkali). In contact with water, the air pollutants are absorbed and the air discharged to the outside is purified.

The modern and well-designed technology makes it possible to obtain absorption at the level exceeding 95%. For efficiency to be as high as possible, the area where water is in contact with air should be as large as possible. Therefore, scrubber columns are usually packed with elements that provide a large contact area. Dosing of reagents (acid, base) supporting the purification process is carried out automatically. The offered SCRUWENT system is made of durable plastic, which is resistant to both corrosion and weather conditions. The projects we implement are tailored to the individual needs of the client in order to optimize the cleaning processes. The SCRUWENT system enables air purification, even with a very high concentration of pollutants and the presence of biologically non-degradable compounds. The device is ready for operation immediately after start-up, therefore it can be used periodically.

Absorbers can be used to purify gases produced by incinerators, dryers and sewage treatment plants. Despite its very good effectiveness, it is a solution that does not require a large financial outlay, and additionally, thanks to the simple technology, it is almost failure-free.
